Shane Mansell is the Alabama Director of BassTactix Alabama. Shane is married to Elisha Mansell. Elisha is the BassTactix Alabama Secretary/Treasurer. They have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Shane and Elisha are no strangers to the high school fishing world. They have been actively involved in high school fishing for 10 years.
